I wanted to create an innovative way to share my story and make a difference.

I embarked on my academic journey because I have always been passionate about health. I completed a BSc in Human Physiology, Genetics, and Psychology and moved on to do my Honours in Human Physiology with a specialisation in nutrition and movement.

After some devastating setbacks due to my health, I realised the value and importance of mental fitness and how it affects our overall wellbeing. I moved on to become an ASCHP registered counsellor and formulated the perfect team to assist you in reaching your health goals.
